Vizenora Assistant

When you use Vizenora Assistant, your messages and its responses are stored with a randomly generated session identifier so the conversation can retain limited context. A one-way anonymous network identifier may be stored for abuse prevention and rate limiting. Do not enter passwords, API keys, or other sensitive information in chat.

Retention and requests

Enquiry and chat data are retained only for as long as operationally necessary. To request access, correction, or deletion of identifiable enquiry data, submit the website contact form using the same business email associated with the enquiry.
